Baked Sweet Potatoes with
Muirhead Rutabaga Butter

2 sweet potatoes, cleaned
¼ cup Muirhead Rutabaga Butter
|

Preheat oven to 375° F. Prick sweet potatoes with fork. Bake in oven
for 40 - 45 minutes or until cooked. Serve warm sweet potatoe topped
with 2 tablespoons of Muirhead Rutabaga
Butter. Serves 2.
