Tomato Salad

4 large ripe red tomatoes
¼ cup diced red onion
1/2 jar (8 oz.) Muirhead Pomegranate Vinaigrette
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine tomatoes and onion with Muirhead Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss several times. Serve immediately or within 2 hours. Serves 6.
