Muirhead Pear and Port Butter

1 cup Muirhead Pear and Port Butter
½ cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp cardamom
1 tsp baking soda

Preheat oven to 375°. Cream butter and sugar and beat in egg. Add
Muirhead Pear and Port Butter to egg mixture.
Combine flour, cardamom, and baking soda. Gradually add to egg mixture. Drop
with a tablespoon on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until
slightly browned. Serves 36.
