Muirhead  Chicken Wings


2 lbs of chicken wings, wing tips removed (freeze and use for chicken stock)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ jar (8 oz.) Muirhead  Apricot Jalapeno Jelly
2 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 425° F. Line roasting pan with foil. Toss wings with oil, salt and pepper. Place wings in roasting pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 425° F. Heat Muirhead  Apricot Jalapeno Jelly and lemon juice on stove top or in microwave. After 20 minutes of baking reduce oven to 350° F and coat chicken wings with apricot jalapeno sauce. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until done. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
