This is an award-winning product, a finalist for new products at the NASFT Show. Old-fashioned mincemeat made with green tomatoes, apples, raisins, butter, and spices. Our mincemeat is made without meat products. At Thanksgiving, we make a bi-layer pie consisting of a bottom layer of mincemeat covered with pumpkin pie filling (or better yet, a filling made with Muirhead  Pecan Pumpkin Butter). A true classic with a touch of muscavado sugar and spices to bring out the sweetness of the fruit. Wonderful with oatmeal. Suggested recipes included on the lid.

Chocolate Raspberry Sauce
Made with sweet dark chocolate, sweet butter, raspberry puree, and Chambord raspberry liquer. Warm it up to pour, because it is so thick and rich. Delicious over ice cream. Excellent chocolate saucing for any type of dessert such as crepes, bread pudding, and fruit compotes.

Herbes de Provence Vinaigrette
Herbes de Provence with a touch of lavender from the south of France is used to flavor this vinaigrette. Other herbs include summer savory, fennel, thyme, and rosemary. Made with virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. No fillers or gums. Use at home to accent fresh salads or steamed vegetables, or as a marinade.
