Muirhead Pecan Pumpkin Butter

This is an award-winning product, a finalist for new products at the NASFT Show. It is made of pumpkin and pecans and used as a spread like jam or jelly on baked goods or as a filling for pastry. We have suggested recipes on the jar lid.

Muirhead Green Tomato Mincemeat

This is an award-winning product, a finalist for new products at the NASFT Show. Old-fashioned mincemeat made with green tomatoes, apples, raisins, butter, and spices. Our mincemeat is made without meat products. At Thanksgiving, we make a bi-layer pie consisting of a bottom layer of mincemeat covered with pumpkin pie filling (or better yet, a filling made with Muirhead Pecan Pumpkin Butter). Muirhead Cinnamon Apple Butter

A true classic with a touch of muscavado sugar and spices to bring out the sweetness of the fruit. Wonderful with oatmeal. Suggested recipes included on the lid.

Muirhead Chocolate Raspberry Sauce

Made with sweet dark chocolate, sweet butter, raspberry puree, and Chambord raspberry liquer. Warm it up to pour, because it is so thick and rich. Delicious over ice cream. Excellent chocolate saucing for any type of dessert such as crepes, bread pudding, and fruit compotes.

A sweet syrup based on the flavors of imported muscavado sugar and exotic fruity pomegranate. Excellent topping for pancakes, fruits, ice cream, waffles, and crepes.

Muirhead Horseradish Mustard

Intense mustard and horseradish flavor with sweet overtones. Touch of tarragon adds another dimension to this mustard. Use for sandwich spread or try it in deviled egg mix or cooked with poultry or shrimp. Holds up well to cooking. Award winner at the Napa Valley Mustard Festival.

This is our recipe for Dijon-style mustard. It may be used in any recipe that uses Dijon mustard.

A truly tasty vinaigrette made with a classic balsamic vinegar, virgin olive oil, and herbs. No fillers or gums – a pure sparkling dressing. Makes a terrific dressing on a fresh green salad.

A pleasant sweet and sour vinaigrette reminiscent of an old-fashioned dressing (from Grandma Hazel's recipe). No fillers or gums are used, so it must be shaken before use. Use it to accent fresh salads, steamed vegetables, or cucumbers.

Herbes de Provence with a touch of lavender from the south of France is used to flavor this vinaigrette. Other herbs include summer savory, fennel, thyme, and rosemary. Made with virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar. No fillers or gums. Use at home to accent fresh salads or steamed vegetables, or as a marinade.

Muirhead Apricot Jalapeño Jelly	This is a piquant combination of flavors for a delightful jelly. We put a block (½ lb) of cream cheese on a plate and surround it with a jar of this jelly.
