Muirhead believes in supporting local community
organizations. We have established a program to encourage our customers
to help us with our mission. Muirhead will donate
to the non-profit organization of your choice in accordance with the following
program requirements:
- Buy Muirhead products at a store or through
mail order and save the receipt with the Muirhead
product identified on the receipt. Receipts must be legible.
- Also collect receipts from friends and families.
- Submit a minimum of $100 of Muirhead receipts
to a non-profit organization such as a religious institution, veterans organization,
service club, etc.
- Request the non-profit organization mail the receipts attached to their
letter head stationary with the following information:
- Name of organization
- Contact name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Federal ID or tax exempt #
Receipts will not be accepted through an individual.
- Muirhead will issue the non-profit organization
a check for twenty percent (20%) of the total Muirhead
purchase price (shipping costs and taxes not included).
